Thinking About Buying?
Wonder Why You Should Use a REALTOR®?

When you buy real estate listed with an agent the seller has agreed already to pay a commission. This means that you have the choice of working with a REALTOR® and getting the benefit of her expertise and advice at no extra cost to you. Plus, why not have a professional handle the paperwork and details as much as possible? The seller has representation, make sure you are on an even playing field. You pay nothing up front, the seller pays your agent when the property closes.
